Local, Sustainable and Planet-Friendly Menus
With an ear to the earth we offer ideas based on the principles of local, sustainable, farm to fork menus. The goal is to limit our impact on the environment by purchasing from our local growers, meat producers, bakers and cheese makers as much as is feasible in support of our central New York farming community. Local products are supplemented by the “greenest” choices in meats and seafoods.
