As you are already realizing, planning a party involves details, details and more details. An important part of the event planning process is choosing a caterer and we are very happy to be considered for the job! But beyond our exciting menus, thirst-quenching cocktails and impeccable service, we are also committed to assist with all the details of your party.

At our first meeting, we begin ideas and your vision but go far beyond, answering questions you may have about facilities, decor, floor plans, what works... what may not work so well. We have catered seated dinners, buffets, dinner stations, hors d'oeuvre receptions, "French-style" service with platters passed by staff, and "family-style" receptions with platters placed on tables. We are also happy to custom-design special menus not mentioned on our web site, track down the linen or from a photo you found in a magazine, or find the baker to create that perfect cake.

We can review individual portfolios we have created for each Cooperstown venue, including pricing and contact information, photographs, sample menus and contracts from events held at each particular spot.

Our events and wedding planners are also available at an hourly rate to assist you in gathering estimates from rental companies, setting up meetings with florists and musicians, and can help as well with lodging arrangements, invitations and RSVPs, distributing gift bags for guests, decorations and printing jobs such as menus, seating charts and table numbers.
